-News- Sims 3 Seasons review

Electronic arts has recently announced the newsest expansion pack for the sims 3, the 8th expansion, seasons.
"Let your Sims swim in the ocean on a hot summer day, bob for apples in the autumn leaves, test their snowboarding skill on the half pipe, or welcome spring showers with a walk in the rain and a colorful umbrella. All-new activities, like soccer, big seasonal festivals, and celebrations, bring the spirit of each season to life.." -Electronic arts Description
As any other EP Seasons will add brand new features to the sims 3 game, including weather, new activities (snowboarding, diving, soccer and more), sims-health, festivals and even aliens!
The official trailer was announced and the game will be released on november 13th, 2012.
I am personally eager to see what this game will bring. It does look very exciting.

Question is:
will this be the last expansion pack for the sims 3? Will there be a 9th ep, are the news about university nothing but rumors? We'll have to wait and see.
